What Cyril connects to.
Sales, support, projects, finance and docs are already one system, so they need no connectors. What remains is the outside world: your mailbox, your payment provider, your tax authority, and the tools you are moving away from.
Where the list stands.
Cyril is pre-launch, so nothing here is open to the public until early access in late January 2027. Each entry carries the status its specification records today, not the one we would like it to have.
- Available13
- Built, tested and working in the build early-access members get.
- Coming soon6
- Built. Waiting on the provider’s review, app registration or a contract before customers can switch it on.
- In development4
- Partly built. Not yet run end to end against the provider’s live service.
- Planned9
- Specified and approved. Building has not started.

E-invoicing and tax
Where the law requires invoices to reach the tax authority in a set format, Cyril sends them. Where it cannot do that compliantly yet, it refuses rather than issuing a non-compliant invoice.
- PeppolAustralia, New Zealand, EU
Send and receive e-invoices over the Peppol network. Built; live sending waits on the network access contract.
In development - Factur-XFrance
E-invoices and e-reporting through a State-registered platform.

- DocuSign
Send contracts for signature, chase the unsigned ones, and file the executed PDF.
Available - Adobe Acrobat Sign
The same flow, for teams standardised on Adobe.
Planned
Migration sources
One-way imports for leaving another system. You review the mapping before anything moves. How switching works
- Salesforce
Accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, activities, attachments, campaigns and custom objects.
Available - Pipedrive
Organisations, people, deals, activities and notes, with your custom fields mapped.
Available - HubSpot
Contacts, companies, deals and tickets. Built; not yet run against a real HubSpot account.
Coming soon - SpreadsheetsCSV from any tool

Available - Adobe Experience Manager
Move AEM Sites content and AEM Assets into Cyril. Connection and discovery are built; the bulk import is not.
In development
Nothing in this list has that status yet.
Not listed: the services Cyril itself runs on, such as hosting, system email and the AI model providers. Every organisation uses those, and there is nothing to connect. They are named on the sub-processor list, and how the AI uses your data is on the AI information page.
A shorter list, on purpose.
Most connectors in a stack exist to move records between tools that do not share a data model. A connector moves a record. It cannot give the helpdesk and the CRM the same idea of who a customer is.
| The seam | In a five-tool stack | In Cyril |
|---|---|---|
| CRM and helpdesk | A connector and a field mapping that drifts after a vendor release | The ticket sits on the customer record |
| Deals and invoices | An export, an import and someone reconciling the two | Invoices read from the deal and the project |
| Projects and accounts | Integration glue so the project tool can read CRM context | The project belongs to the account |
| Moving records between them | An automation plan plus paid connectors | Nothing to move |
| A new hire, a leaver | Five accounts to create, five to remember on the way out | One account, one to revoke |
If your seams are already built, stable and owned by someone who is not leaving, you have paid that cost once. Switching pays it again as a migration, and we would rather say so here.
Price your own stackCyril against five toolsSomething missing?
Often what looks like a missing integration is a missing tool. You can build that inside Cyril, on your own records, without a connector.
- Build it in Cyril
- Describe the tool. Cyril builds it in a sandbox on synthetic data, and it publishes to your team only after approval.
- Build your own
- Use the API
- A public REST API covers the same records the apps use, inside the same permissions.
- For developers
- Ask us
- Tell us which service you rely on. Requests from founding members shape what gets built next.
