What Technology will do for you
Technology is for whoever looks after your company’s laptops, software and access. It will connect every request, device and licence to the person, service and supplier behind it.
An IT desk staff will actually use
Staff will ask for equipment, software and access from a catalogue and follow each request, without ending up in the customer support queue.
Devices from order to disposal
Every laptop, phone and server will have an owner, a status, warranty and end-of-life dates, and a history of who held it, through to secure disposal.
Software and licences
A single register will show the software you pay for, with seat counts, renewal dates, unused licences, and the tools people have started using without approval.
Joiners, movers and leavers
When HR records a hire, a move or a leaving date, Technology will draw up the equipment, licence and access tasks, so nothing is left to memory.
Every request will know the person, the device and the service behind it.
An incident will link to the affected devices, the service they support, the supplier and the changes made recently, so whoever picks it up starts with the whole picture instead of a description.

When will Technology be available?
It is in development and we don’t publish dates. Most of it is built and now going through security and scale testing before release. Join the waitlist and we’ll tell you when it’s ready.
Will it replace our device management or security tools?
No. Cyril won’t build its own device management, monitoring or password vault. Technology is designed to connect to the specialist tools you already use and keep the records in one place.
Will it monitor how employees use their devices?
No. Device and app data is for keeping technology working, never for judging people. Figures will be grouped, small groups withheld, and the data deleted on a schedule.
