What Products does for you

Products is the one record of what you sell, supply or licence. Families decide what a product carries, variants handle sizes and tiers, and every app that needs a product reads this one.

Your own product shape

Families decide which fields a product carries, from text and prices to measurements and files. A consulting package and a pair of boots can sit in the same catalogue.

Variants without a spreadsheet

Choose the options, such as size and colour or hours and term, and Cyril creates every combination with its own code. Variants inherit from the parent until you change them.

Every language you sell in

Names and descriptions are kept per language. AI translates the gaps, rewrites descriptions and writes image alt text, and every AI change is marked and can be undone.

Import, export and an API

Bring products in from CSV with column mapping and a preview, export to CSV or JSON whenever you like, and connect other systems through the REST API.

One product, referenced from every deal, estimate and invoice.

Deals, estimates and invoices point at the product record instead of a typed-in copy of its name. Deal lines keep the quantity, price and discount, and each product shows everywhere it is used before you change it.

  • Pick products by name or code on invoice lines
  • Deal lines keep quantity, price and discount
  • A where-used list on every product

Nothing goes live half-finished.

Every product shows how complete it is against the fields its family requires. Publishing checks that first, and every save keeps a version you can go back to.

  • A completeness score on every product
  • Publishing waits until required fields are filled
  • Restoring a version adds a new one, history stays

Common Products questions

Does Products track stock levels?

Not yet. Stock on hand, warehouses and supplier costs are on the longer-term plan, not in the first release. Products today is the catalogue: what you sell, how it is described and what it costs.

Can it publish to Shopify or Amazon?

Not yet. Publishing to sales channels is outside the first release. You can export to CSV or JSON, or connect another system through the REST API.

What happens when AI changes a product?

Every value AI writes is marked as AI-generated, with the model and the time. The value it replaced is kept in the product’s history, so you can restore it.
