Sales that knows whether you sell to companies or to people.
B2B or B2C, picked once at onboarding. Cyril’s Sales module adapts the model, the terminology, and the AI to how you actually sell — not the other way around.

What Sales does for you
B2B + B2C in one
Pick once at onboarding. Cyril shows account-centric or contact-centric flows accordingly. No toggle, no contortion.
Pipeline that fits
Stages, deals, and forecasting that map to how your team actually works. AI-suggested next steps grounded in your own history.
Inbox + activity threading
Email and calendar sync from Gmail and Outlook. Every interaction surfaces against the right account, contact, and deal.
AI summaries on every record
Open an account, get the brief: what changed, what’s outstanding, what to do next — written from your own data.
Every email, ticket, project, and document — on the same record.
Because Cyril is one platform, the Sales record for an account also shows you the open support tickets, the running project, the docs that explain them, and the invoices in flight. No tab-switching, no API stitching.
- Activity timeline aggregated across modules
- AI answers grounded in the full account context
- Permissions follow the org-wide JWT — one auth model
A won deal is the start of the delivery record, not the end of one.
The deal does not get archived and retyped somewhere else. Projects can be created from a stage change, financials read the amount and the line items from the deal itself, and support tickets raised months later still resolve to the same account. The handover that usually costs a kickoff meeting is a link that already exists.
- Stage change can trigger the project, on the same graph
- Invoicing reads the deal rather than an export of it
- One account, so renewal knows what delivery actually did
Common Sales questions
No — the mode is permanent. Switching would require renaming and restructuring core entities, and the migration risk is too high. Pick the mode that fits the next 3+ years of your business.
You can ignore it — every module is independently useful. But the value of Cyril compounds as you adopt more of the graph: AI agents work better when they can see across modules.
Yes — stages, deals and forecasting are yours to shape at onboarding, and every interaction threads against the account rather than one contact. What it does not do is territory management or quota planning at the depth a large sales organisation expects; treat those as absent.
Pipeline, project status and your own historical close rates — not a generic model. That means it is thin on day one and improves as your data accumulates, which is the honest trade of forecasting from your own history rather than from someone else’s benchmarks.
