There is no admin console per tool and no permission matrix to keep in step across five vendors. People, roles and rules are defined in one place and every app reads them.
Members, roles, custom fields, email templates, branding and data exports live in one Settings area. Sign-in can run through Microsoft Entra, with groups mapped to roles.
Custom roles carry granular permissions that apply in every app. Ask Cyril is a caller, not a god mode: it can only do what the person asking is allowed to do.

Bring records across from the tools you use today, check the health of what came in, and keep an export running on a schedule. Deletes are soft by default, so anything removed sits in a recycle bin rather than disappearing.
