- Reporting
Reports that read the work itself, not an export of it.
Revenue, pipeline, overdue invoices, customer health and headcount, reported from the same records Sales, Finance, Support and Projects write to. No spreadsheets to stitch together and no warehouse to build first.

What Reporting does for you
Prebuilt reports for finance, sales, customers and people, a builder for the ones that aren’t there yet, and schedules and share links so the numbers reach people who never log in.
The reports you run every month
Revenue, payments, invoice ageing, expenses against income, tax by rate, leads, win rates and proposals. Every report filters by date range and exports to CSV or PDF.
Build your own, no SQL
Pick a source such as invoices, deals or tickets, choose a chart and filters, and preview it before you save it for the team to run again.
Scheduled and shared
Email any saved report daily, weekly or monthly. Or share a read-only snapshot by link that lasts 7 days, 30 days or until you revoke it.
Forecast against target
Set a revenue target for each quarter and see it against money collected and weighted pipeline. An AI projection adds a range and a plain explanation, labelled as an estimate.
Customer health, scored from everything you know about the customer.
Each account gets a score from 0 to 100, built from what Sales, Support, Projects, Finance and email already know about it. A signal with no data is left out rather than guessed, and every score shows what moved it.
- Healthy, Watch, At risk and Critical bands
- Every score lists the signals behind it
- One click from the score to the account in Sales
| Account | Score | Band | Biggest signal |
|---|---|---|---|
| KSKestrel Freight Systems | 86 | Healthy | Project on track |
| PFPemberton Foods | 81 | Healthy | Paid on time |
| HDHalloway Dental Group | 72 | Watch | Ticket open 9 days |
| CVCalder & Voss LLP | 60 | Watch | Too little data |
| SOSandbar Outfitters | 55 | At risk | Invoice overdue |
| RPRidgeline Property Trust | 49 | At risk | Invoice overdue |
Numbers that reach the people who never log in.
The board pack goes out on the first of the month without anyone building it. An accountant or an investor gets a link to a snapshot that won’t change under them, and stops working when you say so.
- Daily, weekly or monthly email, as CSV or PDF
- Share links that expire or can be revoked
- A snapshot, so the reader sees what you sent

Common Reporting questions
Do I need a data warehouse to use Reporting?
No. Reports run on the same records the apps use, so there is nothing to sync first. If you run your own analytics tools, you can export reporting data as a package of files. Direct connections to Snowflake, BigQuery or Redshift are not built.
Who can see which reports?
Reports follow the same permissions as the apps they read. People reports, such as headcount and leave owed, also need HR access, because department figures and leave balances aren’t for everyone who can see revenue.
Can someone outside the company see a report?
Yes, through a share link. It shows a snapshot taken when you shared it, needs no Cyril login, and stops working when it expires or you revoke it.
How far should I trust the forecast?
Treat it as a planning estimate, which is how the page labels it. It reads your collected payments and open pipeline. When there isn’t enough history it falls back to a simple trend rather than inventing confidence.
