Give every client their own way in.

A portal in your name where clients see their projects, tickets, invoices and the documents you share, and nothing else. Portal users are free on every plan.

Kestrel Freight Systems, signed in to Rowan Hill’s portalRowan Hill’s logo and colour. No Cyril branding.

One ticket. Two views.

The portal isn’t a copy of your data. It’s the same ticket your team works on, shown to the client without the parts that are only for you.

Could we get a short update on the engagement before our board meeting on Thursday?

Internal noteMarcus Bell

Interim findings are with Owen for review. Fine to share the dates, not the numbers yet.

Everything they’d otherwise email you for.

Clients answer their own questions, pay their own invoices and sign their own paperwork, without waiting for someone on your team.

Pay invoices
Paid, due and overdue in one list. Download a PDF, or pay online by card through Stripe or Revolut.
Sign proposals
Read a proposal section by section and sign it in the browser. You’re told the moment they do.
Accept estimates
Accept or decline with a click, with a note if they decline.
Sign contracts
See active contracts and when they expire, sign new ones and download the PDF.
Follow projects
Status, milestones and task progress, read-only, with the files you’ve shared on the project.
Raise tickets
Subject, priority, attachments. Suggested help articles appear while they type.
Read what you publish
The Docs pages you mark for clients, and your help centre, both searchable.
Send you files
Upload straight to you, instead of hunting for the right email thread.
Use tools you share
Tools you build in Cyril and share with clients appear in their portal.
Arrange their home page
Each person can lay out their own dashboard, and it stays that way.

Invite-only, unless you say otherwise.

You invite client contacts by email. If you’d rather let them sign up, you choose how much checking happens first.

  • One account, one view. A client sees their own projects, tickets and invoices. Asking for anyone else’s gets a refusal, not a record.
  • Two gates for sign-ups. Verify the email address, approve the person, or both. Both are on by default.
  • No password to forget. Clients can sign in with a one-time link sent to their inbox.

Your name on the door.

The portal carries your logo and your colour, and Cyril’s name appears nowhere in it. It works on a phone as well as it does on a desk.

PlannedYour own web address for the portal

Portal users are free. All of them.

Invite every contact at every client. You pay per staff seat, and only for staff, on every plan.

Let clients help themselves.

Cyril opens to founding members first. They keep their price and get help moving in.

One email when your place opens. Nothing else.
