What Calendar does for you
Two-way sync, per user
Provider events land in Cyril. Events you create in Cyril are pushed to the calendar you chose, and later edits or deletions in Cyril follow them out.
Close to real time
Google and Microsoft push subscriptions deliver changes as they happen, renewed automatically. A 15-minute poll still runs underneath as reconciliation.
Meetings on the record
Attendees are matched against Sales contacts, so the meeting shows up as an Activity on the contact, the account and the deal. Nothing to log by hand.
Divergence surfaced, never silently resolved
If the provider copy of a Cyril event is edited or deleted upstream, Cyril says so before you touch the drifted copy. It does not merge the two versions for you.
The meeting, the thread and the deal are the same conversation.
Because Calendar is part of the platform rather than an integration, a meeting sits beside the email that arranged it, the account it belongs to, and the work it moves forward. The AI reads all of that as one context instead of querying four tools.

Common Calendar questions
No. Mail and Calendar are separate connections with separate consent, held in separate records. Connecting a Gmail or Outlook mailbox does not connect the matching calendar — each person grants calendar access on its own.

Cyril flags it and a person decides. The event detail sheet warns you before you edit or delete a copy that has drifted from the provider’s version. Automatic merge is deliberately out of scope — we would rather show you a conflict than resolve it wrongly.
Not today. Calendar covers meetings and events; Projects gives you board, list and My Tasks views but no calendar view. A single view of all your work on one calendar is not something we ship yet.
