See a morning in Cyril.

Eight steps through the Rowan Hill demo workspace: the dashboard, one customer across every app, a request to Ask Cyril and the approval that lets it act.

  1. Your morning on one screen

Three new deals, $508,000 in the pipeline, five open tickets and five tasks due this week. The numbers come from the records your team works in, so they agree with each other.

  2. One customer, every app

Open Kestrel Freight Systems and the won deal, the running project, the kickoff, the last support ticket and the agenda are all on one record. Nothing is synced in from somewhere else.

  3. Ask in plain words

Claire types one sentence: “Move Kestrel’s kickoff to Thursday and let the team know.” Cyril reads Calendar, Projects and Mail as one system, because it is one.

  4. It shows the plan first

Three steps: move the meeting, check the project deadline, send a note to four attendees. The email draft is right there to read before anything happens.

  5. Approve, and it acts

Claire approves once. The kickoff moves to Thursday, the deadline holds, and the note goes out from her mailbox. Ask Cyril can only do what Claire is allowed to do.

  6. One log, one undo

Every change lands in the same audit log, whether a person or Ask Cyril made it. Undo one step, or the whole request.

  7. A won deal becomes a project

When Owen marks Sandbar Outfitters as won, an automation starts the project from the deal and schedules the kickoff. Same client, same billing, nothing retyped.

  8. That was one morning in Cyril.

Cyril opens to founding members first, from late January 2027. They keep their price and get help moving in.

Try it on your own mornings.

One email when your place opens. Nothing else.
