What it is

Zoho OneA suite Zoho calls “the operating system for business”: more than 45 apps under one licence, billed on one invoice.

CyrilAn AI operating system for running a business. Mail, Drive, Docs and Calendar are the everyday core, and apps such as Sales, Projects and Support run on top of them.

Apps

Zoho OneMore than 45 apps across sales, marketing, support, HR, accounting and operations, and over 1,000 integrations, according to Zoho.

CyrilMail, Drive, Docs and Calendar, then Sales, Projects, Support, Finance, Marketing, Reporting, HR, Legal, Products, a client portal and tools you build yourself. The What’s ready page gives the status of each.

Pricing

Zoho OnePer user per month, in two editions, Essentials and Standard. Standard is licensed either for every employee on the payroll or for a chosen number of users. Prices exclude VAT.

CyrilPer seat per month, every app included: $29 for 1 to 10 seats, $59 for 11 to 50, $99 for 51 to 200, and Enterprise on custom terms. No platform fee, and client portal users are free.

AI

Zoho OneZia, the Zoho Intelligent Assistant, is part of the suite, and Zia Agents are listed among its newer features. Some AI features use credits included in the subscription, renewed every month.

CyrilOne AI layer underneath every app. Ask Cyril plans the work, shows you the plan and waits for your approval. Pooled AI credit comes with every plan; agentic mode follows after launch.

Records and permissions

Zoho OneUnified apps with centralised administrative control, roles and app permissions, and one search across your business data, as Zoho describes it.

CyrilOne schema, one permission model and one audit log under every app and under the AI layer, so access is defined once.

Availability

Zoho OneAvailable now, with a free trial, web and mobile apps, and set-up help from Zoho’s Jumpstart and Concierge teams and its partner network.

CyrilNot available yet. Early access opens in late January 2027 for founding members from the waitlist. There is no self-serve signup and no free trial.

Track record

Zoho OneEstablished. Zoho reports more than 80,000 businesses worldwide.

CyrilPre-launch, with a waitlist and no customers yet.

Where Zoho One is the stronger choice.

Any one of these can settle the question, and a comparison that skipped them would not be worth reading.

It is available, and it is proven
Zoho One is on sale today, and Zoho reports more than 80,000 businesses worldwide. Cyril is pre-launch with no customers, so there is no track record for you to check yet, and nobody outside the team has run a business on it.
A far larger catalogue
More than 45 apps and over 1,000 integrations, according to Zoho. If your work depends on a particular app or connector, Zoho One is much more likely to have it today, and any one Cyril app will be thinner than a product built for that job alone.
You can start this week
Zoho One offers a free trial, and its pricing page lists set-up help from Zoho’s own Jumpstart and Concierge teams and from a partner network. Cyril has no trial and no self-serve signup; early access opens in late January 2027.
A licence for the whole payroll
Zoho One can be licensed for every employee on the payroll, or for a chosen number of users, with every app on one invoice. If covering the whole company under one licence is how you want to buy, that model exists today.

Where Cyril differs.

All four come from how Cyril is built, rather than from a list of features.

One set of records under every app
Sales, Projects, Support, Finance and the everyday core share one schema, so a customer is one record with everything attached to it. A question that crosses several apps is one query rather than an export and a spreadsheet.
One permission model and one audit log
Who may see what is defined once and applies everywhere, including to the AI layer, and actions land in one audit log. There is one place to grant access and one place to look when someone asks what happened.
AI underneath, not added per app
The AI layer sits under the whole platform, so Ask Cyril can plan work that spans several apps, show you the plan and wait for your approval before it acts. Pooled AI credit comes with every plan.
Per seat, every app, free export
$29, $59 or $99 per seat per month depending on team size, with every app on every plan, no platform fee, no per-app upsell, and free, unlimited client portal users. Exporting your data is never billed.

Who each one suits.

Zoho One is the better fit if

you need a broad, proven suite running now, depend on particular apps or integrations from its catalogue, want set-up help from the vendor or a partner, or want every employee covered by one licence.

Cyril may be the better fit if

you can wait for early access, want one set of records and one permission model under every app with the AI built in underneath, and want per-seat pricing with every app included and free export.

What to know about Cyril first.

  • Cyril is pre-launch. There are no customers yet, no self-serve signup and no free trial. Early access opens in late January 2027, starting with founding members from the waitlist.
  • Agentic mode comes later. Today Ask Cyril plans, shows the plan and waits for your approval. Fully autonomous agentic mode arrives after launch, not before.
  • Moving is real work. Imports today cover CSV files, Salesforce and Pipedrive, with rollback. There is no dedicated Zoho One importer, so records come across as CSV.
  • Specialist depth will be thinner. In any single function, a Cyril app will be thinner than a dedicated product built only for that job.

Common questions

Is Cyril cheaper than Zoho One?

It depends on how many people need access and how you license them. Cyril is $29, $59 or $99 per seat per month by team size, in US dollars, with every app included. Zoho One is priced per user, with an all-employee option and a flexible-user option, and its pricing page shows the figures for your region. Compare the two for your own headcount.

Can we move from Zoho One to Cyril?

Yes, as a planned migration rather than a switch. Cyril imports CSV files, Salesforce and Pipedrive today, with rollback, and has no dedicated Zoho One importer. Records you export as CSV can come across; mapping them is real work, and it happens once, up front.

Does Cyril have customers yet?

No. Cyril is pre-launch, with a waitlist and no customers. Early access opens in late January 2027 for founding members. Any customer count, testimonial or rating attributed to Cyril is not ours.
